Participants or Presenters in Meetings or Convention Single Entry Visitor Visa (Index C10)

The C10 Visa  is a visitor visa for single entry to Indonesia with a first stay permit of up to 60 days, starting from the arrival date. This stay permit in extendable and eligible for conversion into temporary stay permit with the same sponsor.

Length of Stay

  • Up to 60 days, starting from arrival dates
  • Can be extend several times up to 180 days via evisa.imigrasi.go.id

Cost

  • Visa C10 cost IDR 2,000,000
  • Verification cost I/II IDR 0
  • Sponsors can make payments through several designated Indonesian banks. After the sponsor's visa application is completed, please see the billing code in the system as a basis

Visa Application

Sponsors must have an account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before applying for a visa for foreigners. After having an account, the sponsor can apply for a C10 visa for foreigners after logging in at evisa.imigrasi.go.id by submitting electronic files (file format details) of foreigners, such as

  • application letter and sponsor's statement letter,
  • a travel document that is still valid for at least 6 months before it expires,
  • proof of living expenses in Indonesia in the form of a bank statement in the foreigner's or sponsor's name for the last 3 months of at least USD 2000 or an equivalent amount in other currencies,
  • recent color photograph
Photos format
  1. File format using *.JPEG/ .JPG/ .PNG in colour.
  2. Min. 400x600px.
  3. Max. size 2Mb
  4. Proper Composition
The layout and position of the photo must be proper (too close and too far are not recommended)

  1. Expression face photo
  2. Blurry photo
  3. Others than face photo


Specific requirement

  • Invitation letter from the event organizer describing the details of the agenda and speech/seminar material to be delivered.

Visa application and granting processes


  1. Visa application at the Indonesian Representative Office, the officer will:
    • check your documents;
    • fill in your data, scan files, and print a receipt for your application;
    • verify your immigration fee payment;
    • create your profile in the system and verify;
    • approve your application;
    • personalizing, printing, and signing your visa;
    • issuing and delivering your visa.

    Processing time is four working days after visa payment is received.

  2. Visa application at the Directorate General of Immigration, the officer will:
    • check your documents;
    • verify your immigration fee payment;
    • create your profile in the system and verify;
    • approve your application;
    • issuing your visa.
