Speaker Guidelines

To help ensure smooth preparation regarding your presentations, please find below the essential speaker instructions and guidelines :

PRE-EVENT

Submission of Manuscript

We kindly request your confirmation regarding the manuscript of your presentation, which will be included in the upcoming proceeding book. Please complete your confirmation and upload the required materials via the Google Form link that has been sent to your e-mail no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled presentation. Hereby we provide you the manuscript template and a sample for reference.

Slide Submission Guidelines

Please upload your presentation slide to the Google Drive link that has been sent to your e-mail no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled presentation.

If you need to make an update to your slides, you may do so at the Speaker Ready Room but no later than 3 hours before your session begins.

Please note: uploading or modifying presentations directly in the session rooms is not permitted.

 

Presentation Format and Guidelines

Presentation Template

Key Points to Note:

  • All presentations will be displayed using PowerPoint or Acrobat Reader 10 for PC
  • The presentations must be in 16:9 widescreen format; please select this setting before you begin creating your slides.
  • PowerPoint for MAC users are advised to test their files on a PC prior to the event to ensure compatibility.
  • Keynote presentations are not be supported. If using Keynote, please export your file to PowerPoint format.
  • Personal laptops cannot be used during the presentation. All files must be uploaded and run from the event system.

General PowerPoint Tips (Keep It Clear & Simple):

  • Use visuals to support key points and clarify ideas.
  • Keep slides clean and uncluttered — less is more.
  • Use simple charts and graphs; avoid overly complex visuals.
  • Limit text: max 5–7 words per line, 5–8 lines per slide.
  • Use upper/lower case (not ALL CAPS) for readability.
  • Stick to 2–3 font sizes per slide; use sans serif fonts.
  • Keep font sizes consistent across slides.
  • Use contrasting colors (light text on dark background works well).
  • Highlight key points with a dominant color.
  • Photos and simple illustrations can enhance your message.

 

DURING THE EVENT

Onsite Preparation

The Speaker Ready Room is located on the 2nd floor of The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. From there, all presentations will be distributed to the respective session rooms from this location. Technicians will be available to assist with any compatibility or formatting issues you may encounter. 


In the Session Room

  • Please arrive at your assigned session room at least 30 minutes before the session begins
  • Use this time to familiarize yourself with the room setup and ensure everything is in order.
  • A technician will be present in the room throughout the session to assist as needed.

 

Important:
If your presentation includes videos, audio clips, or other multimedia elements, please inform the technician in the Speaker Ready Room when uploading your presentation. This allows them to prepare and provide necessary support in your session room.
